About the event
Join us as we celebrate Juneteenth & discuss our rights as Black workers in Philly. The city has passed a number of progressive labor laws over the last few years. Unfortunately, many workers are not aware of these laws and, as a result, employers are able to take advantage of workers. As Black Workers, we have the right to advocate for ourselves and each other. Join the Philly Black Worker Project, along with a conversation with the Office of Worker Protections to learn more.
A Soul food Brunch will be provided.
